Garlic is shallow rooted so keep well watered. We recommend mulching between plants with straw to conserve water and control weeds.Garlic may be harvested when the outer two or three leaves begin to dry down. Finish drying in an airy shed protected from direct sunlight. Store long term cool and dry.
